Therapeutic Massage 

A combination of techniques used to help facilitate muscle aches and pains towards recovery. This massage also aids in reducing tension for an overall therapeutic experience.

Upper Body Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage that focuses on manipulating the soft tissues of the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms, using techniques like kneading, stroking, and pressure point therapy to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, often targeting areas commonly affected by desk work or repetitive motions, aiming to relieve pain and improve posture.

Lower Body Therapeutic Massage 

The lower body contains the largest muscle (gluteus maximus), bone (femur) and joint (knee), and with so many large, complex areas, come sometimes large, complex and painful problems. When these problems arise, massage therapy is increasingly showing itself as an effective, non-pharmacological intervention to help people manage lower body pain. This technique may or may not include glute work along with cupping and/or Hot Stones

Hot Stone Massage 

Swedish massage techniques combined with a delightful warm treatment using heated stones to rub away tension.

Stress Relief Massage 

Therapeutic techniques focusing on the head, neck, and upper back to help reduce tension and stress and aides in reducing the severity of certain headaches caused by stress and tension.

Reflexology

Stimulation of the reflex points on the feet which correspond with other areas of the body helping to ease tension and aid in organ detoxification.

Prenatal Massage  

Massage during your pregnancy promotes relaxation, can relieve insomnia, increase circulation, and relieve muscle discomfort. It is healthy for you and the baby during all stages of pregnancy and special care is always taken to maintain the comfort and modesty of the mother.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a slow, light pressure massage that detoxifies and removes stagnant lymphatic fluid typically present with certain autoimmune diseases, or post surgery ex. Liposuction, abdominoplasty and mastectomy. Typically requires at least 5 treatments to reeducate the lymphatic system
